Getting Started
From Your Desk Phone
- Set up your voicemail
- Make a call to another extension
- Receive a call from another extension
- Verify voicemail reaches your email
- Verify deleting the email deletes the voicemail as well
From an Off-Campus Phone
- Dial in to your campus number (712-274-XXXX)
- If you haven't already done so, set up your voicemail by dialing 712-274-5795
- Verify voicemail to email, making sure deleting it in one place deletes it in the other
- Ask a friend or colleague to dial your full campus number (712-274-XXXX) and make sure the call forward functions as you expect.
